The Work In Handbook views resilience as a product of TRUST and LOVE. Simply put, trusting and loving yourself and others enhances your ability to be resilient. Your ability to embody, utilize, and master the qualities that produce TRUST and LOVE  will greatly increase your resilience potential. 

The Work In Handbook completely changed how I looked at resilience and being resilient. I have strengths as well as challenges.This experience allowed me to embrace both my strengths and challenges and empowered me to grow more resilient.
